Dongguan Hengyue Garment Co., Ltd., established in 1998, is a professional fast-fashion clothing enterprise specializing in the research, design, production, and sales of apparel and accessories. The company operates two production bases located in Dongguan and Jiangxi, with a total land area of 30,000 square meters. It is equipped with advanced fully automated intelligent hanging production lines and operates its own printing factory, featuring manual printing, machine printing, digital direct injection, large elliptical printing machines, and self-service cutting equipment.
In terms of management, Hengyue Garment Co., Ltd. consistently adheres to the 8S management philosophy, striving to create a clean, organized, and efficient production environment. The company has consecutively obtained certifications for ISO9001:2015 International Quality Management System, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and OHSAS18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. It has also been awarded AAA Credit Certification, National High-Tech Enterprise Certification, and has gained recognition from renowned brands such as Disney and Universal.

Our History
Established a Small Garment Workshop in Humen Weiyuan, Named "Fuji"(Founded in the historic area of Humen Weiyuan, a small garment workshop was established, named "Fuji," symbolizing a prosperous foundation.)
Set Up a Factory in Humen Baisha, Registered as "Fuying Garment Factory (Responding to the growing demand of the domestic wholesale market, the production workshop was expanded, and a sample room was built in Humen Baisha. An office was rented on the 8th floor of the Huanghe Fashion Plaza, serving as the core hub for business operations and management. The "Fuying Garment Factory" was officially registered, showcasing exquisite garment craftsmanship and diverse designs.)
Relocated to Nanzha and Established "Dongguan Hengyue Garment Co., Ltd."
(To meet the growing demand of domestic brand customers, the production workshop was further expanded. "Dongguan Hengyue Garment Co., Ltd." was established, forming close partnerships with major markets such as Guangzhou Thirteen Hongs and Kairongdu. The company began offering one-stop services encompassing design, research & development, and production, actively expanding sales channels and pushing high-quality garment products into broader markets through wholesale.)
Entered the International Exhibition Market and Established the "STK" Brand (To expand its business scope, the company actively participated in international exhibitions such as the Canton Fair and Hong Kong exhibitions, entering the European and Southeast Asian markets. This marked the strategic transformation from fully domestic sales to a mix of domestic and export sales. Meanwhile, the company launched its own brand, "STK.")
Fully Entered the International Market and Introduced Advanced Equipment
(The company successfully entered the international market by participating in various international exhibitions. It accumulated a client base of well-known brands from multiple countries. To align with the development and upgrades of client brands, the company introduced advanced digital equipment such as automatic cutting machines, oval printing machines, direct-to-garment printers, and white ink heat transfer machines, meeting the growing market demand and enhancing service quality.)
Transitioned Fully to an Export-Oriented Enterprise (The company fully transitioned into an export-oriented production enterprise, offering one-stop services for global well-known brands, including development, design, and production.)
Established a Subsidiary in Yudu, Jiangxi: Ganzhou Junxin Garment Co., Ltd (Invested in the establishment of a subsidiary, "Ganzhou Junxin Garment Co., Ltd.," in Yudu, Jiangxi, the starting point of the Red Army's Long March. This factory focuses on the domestic market and is equipped with a complete production line from cutting to packaging, including printing processes, to flexibly meet diverse client order requirements.)
Established Dongguan Junyue Garment Co., Ltd. and Upgraded Cutting Efficiency
(To increase cutting production capacity and optimize warehouse inventory management, the fabric warehouse and cutting workshop were relocated to the newly registered subsidiary, "Dongguan Junyue Garment Co., Ltd." The subsidiary underwent a comprehensive upgrade with the introduction of advanced automatic cutting equipment (e.g., Bullmer), spreading machines, and shrinkage machines. A fabric inspection center was also added to ensure strict quality control of all materials, enhancing the stability of functional fabrics and ensuring excellent product quality from the source.)
Invested Millions in Office Upgrades and Enhanced Intelligent Manufacturing
(A multimillion-dollar investment was made to upgrade the office environment, expand the sample room, establish a product research and development center, and create a product display area. New sewing equipment was introduced to improve production efficiency and product quality. Additionally, the final assembly workshop's capacity was upgraded, incorporating intelligent manufacturing technologies to optimize production processes and ensure high-quality product standards.)
